A crisp orange wine perfect to pair with spicy foods, springtime, and … well, anything. We use a mix of white grapes from different vineyards that we destem and ferment on skins, resulting in a beautiful showcase of all the delicate flavors of white wine, but with more substance and texture.

“Very dark on the nose, with lots of raw spices, charcoal, and some green peppercorns on top of the blackberries. Very full-bodied and spicy. Almost a bit monolithic, despite the fine-grained tannins. Quite a unique style.

The ever-pleasing and fruit-forward “Tasmorcan” Barbera by Elio Perrone is a sure crowd-pleaser. Loaded with aromas of blueberry, raspberry and plum with a hint of sweet baking spice and wild mint is a pleasure. The palate is soft and plush with bright acidity that wraps itself around the deep core of mixed berry fruit giving way to a hint of anise and clove.
