Frappato

Frappato is an age-old variety typical of Southeastern Sicily that dates back to the seventeenth century. It has fairly elongated bunches and grapes with an intense red, almost violet color, and produces wines known for their heady fruity aromas, freshness, and mellow palate.
TASTING NOTES Vivid ruby red with violet highlights. The wine has a pleasantly fragrant bouquet of fresh red fruits, raspberries, and blueberries. The palate is lively, fruity, and smooth.
FOOD PAIRING Excellent partner for pasta dishes with tomato sauce, sweet and sour vegetables, or with the classic Neapolitan pizza.

Natural Wines are those that have as little human intervention as possible from the vineyard o its production. Sulfites are not added. Natural yeasts are used, and the wine is bottled unfiltered. Classic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and Co-fermentation of Malbec – Torrontés with indigenous yeasts, from our organic vineyards in Maipú, short maceration of 15 days.

COLOR: Pale Red with Pink Sparkles.
AROMA: Fresh & fruity with a soft hint of floral notes.
FLAVOR: Fresh acidity – juicy and bold.
